Tony Grbic elected as an IEEE Fellow
We are happy to announce that Tony Grbic has been elected IEEE Fellow, “for contributions to the theory and design of electromagnetic metamaterials.” Tony has radically new antennas and optical devices based on the development of novel metamaterials and metasurfaces. His research could pave the way for flat/low profile, integrated optical devices, as well as new generations of wireless consumer electronics and mobile devices that are either smaller or more versatile.
All that glitters
Congratulations to CPHOM researchers at Purdue University who have had their experiment published in Science Magazine. The article “All that glitters need not be gold” can be read at sciencemag.org.
